L’esercitazione Anatolian Eagle 2023/2 è andata in scena dal 2 al 12 di maggio, come di consuetudine l’esercitazione si è svolta sulla 3rd Main Jet Base (MJB) di Konya. In questa edizione ha partecipato la Forza Aerea pakistana (Pakistan Fiza'ya – Pakistan Air Force) con F 16C/D Block52+ del 39 (Tactical ) Wing – 5(MR)sq della base aerea di Shahbaz; la Forza Aerea azera (Azərbaycan Hərbi Hava Qüvvələri – Azerbajian Air Force) con Su 25K della SU-25 Eskadrilya dislocati sulla base aerea di Kürdəmir; la Forza Aerea del Qatar (Qatar Emiri Air Force) con i nuovissimi Typhoon del Flying Wing 1 12 Squadron provenienti dalla base aerea di Tamim; la Forza Aerea degli Emirati Arabi Uniti (Al-Quwwāt al-Jawiyya al-Imārātiyya (United Arab Emirates Air Force) con F 16E/F Block 60 e la Forza Aerea del Regno Unito (Royal Air Force) con Typhoon FGR4. Era presente anche l’E 3A della NATO (E 3A Component).
Erano presenti inoltre osservatori provenienti da: Australia, Ethiopia, Marocco, Francia, Georgia, Svezia, Kyrgyzstan, Nord Macedonia, Libia, Malesia, Oman e Stati Uniti.
Le novità in assoluto dell’esercitazione sono stati sicuramente i Typhoon monoposto e biposto del Qatar e l’F 16C pixelato della Forza Aerea turca (Türk Hava Kuvvetleri – Turkish Air Force). |

The Anatolian Eagle 2023/2 exercise took place from 2 to 12 May, as usual the exercise took place on the 3rd Main Jet Base (MJB) in Konya.
In this edition participated are the: Pakistan Fiza'ya - Pakistan Air Force with F 16C/D Block52+ of 39(Tactical)Wing - 5(MR)sq of Shahbaz air base; the Azərbaycan Hərbi Hava Qüvvələri - Azerbajian Air Force with Su 25K of the SU-25 Eskadrilya located on the Kürdəmir Air Base; the Qatar Emiri Air Force with the brand new Typhoons of the Flying Wing 1- 12 Squadron from Tamim Air Base; Al-Quwwāt al-Jawiyya al-Imārātiyya - United Arab Emirates Air Force with F 16E/F Block 60 and the Royal Air Force with Typhoon FGR4.
E 3A of the NATO (E 3A Component) was also present.
Observers from Australia, Ethiopia, Morocco, France, Georgia, Sweden, Kyrgyzstan, North Macedonia, Libya, Malaysia, Oman and the United States were also present.
The absolute novelties of the exercise were definitely the Typhoons single-seater and two-seater of the Qatar and the pixelated F 16C of the Turkish Air Force.
